Platinum Hotel - Chisinau

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location was very convenient, with a supermarket right next door, making it easy to grab any essentials I needed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. The rooms were incredibly spacious and had large windows that offered plenty of natural light. I was impressed by the working AC, which quickly cooled down the room to a comfortable temperature. The breakfast provided was delicious and beautifully presented, with a good selection of food and beverages. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of service and amenities offered at this hotel.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Very good room sizes though I did not need to pay the extra for the suite I booked as my friends had an identical standard room at the same price Breakfast was decent though we were charged for an extra coffee we wanted while still eating

This hotel has five floors and yet does not have a lift and there is not a porter of any description The hotel is also very far away from the City Centre though a taxi is quite cheap

The hotel is "brand new", considering it opened last year. The rooms are big, well furnished, quiet and clean. There's an internal restaurant (open until 10 pm) and a bar with terrace. The staff is friendly and more than willing to help. The area around the hotel is safe, even if there's nothing to see in the surroundings. At least, if you don't want to eat at the hotel's restaurant, there are two nice restaurants/fast food at 10 minutes (walking) from the structure, serving good food for an extremely reasonable price.

The remote controllers for the a/c and the tv were both missing. The minibar as well was missing, replaced by a bottle of wine, a bottle of whisky and some breadsticks. I mean...a bottle of water would have been appreciated... Breakfast is served directly by the staff of the restaurant, so there is no self-service, and you pay for any extra you may ask for. The worst part of the story is the location, because - still being safe - it's 7 km out of the city center, making it impossible to reach the main attractions without a car or a taxi: fares for the taxi are good (around 40 lei to go from the hotel to the center), but if during the day you may wait up to 20 minutes to get a taxi, I can only imagine what would it be like at night. If you don't have a car, it's reccomended to be patient.

Huge rooms, huge bathroom, big windows, working AC, friendly staff.

It was all superb.

the bathroom was well equipped with modern appliances. the hotel had a good breakfast selection with hot drinks, sausages, cheese and fruit. There were also nearby facilities like a grocery store and ATM. the internet worked well and the heating system was efficient.

The hotel's location was slightly far from the city center and the hotel lacked sufficient help for organizing tours.

The room was spacious and had a flat screen TV and a comfortable bed. The hotel was conveniently located close to the city center and there was free Wi-Fi in the lobby.

The breakfast was very basic and the staff was not very helpful. The lack of an elevator was a big disappointment, especially since we were staying on the fourth floor.
